Welcome to the European Congress of Neurosurgery in Belgrade!
The theme of the congress - Trends, Insights, Innovations: Neurosurgery beyond Technology - addresses the complex relationship between technological advancement and human ingenuity in the field of neurosurgery. The era of rapid technological advances, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and virtual reality in the 21st century has brought many benefits to neurosurgery, but also many challenges.
After two turbulent pandemic years, the Congress in Belgrade will be a renewed gathering of European and world experts in neurosurgery. The high-level scientific program will provide an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas, to provide a comprehensive insight into these benefits and challenges, and to strike the right balance between technology and human (neurosurgical) contact.
Belgrade, the city where the Congress will be held, has been the venue for several notable international neurosurgical events in recent years. Belgrade offers a unique blend of West and East, North and South, past and future and will surely welcome you with an open heart and an open mind.
