Dr. Langer Medical GmbH has convinced the 29th round of the TOP 100 competition as a think tank and has been awarded the TOP 100 seal 2022. Only particularly innovative medium-sized companies are awarded this distinction.
What is TOP 100?
TOP 100 is the only innovation competition in Germany that evaluates a company's innovation management and innovation success. TOP 100 does not just award prizes for individual products, but takes a close look at all stages of a company's innovation process.
On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the comparison, innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and his team examined the company Dr. Langer Medical on the basis of more than 100 innovation indicators from five categories:
Innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organization, external orientation / open innovation and innovation success.

Dr. Langer Medical GmbHIn principle, the TOP 100 analysis is concerned with the question of whether a company's innovations are just a product of chance or whether they are systematically planned and thus repeatable in the future. A special weighting is given to the question of whether and how innovations and product improvements establish themselves on the market.
"To what extent is a company focused on innovation? How consistently do its structures follow this objective? With TOP 100, we examine this," explains Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, the scientific director of TOP 100. "The most innovative medium-sized companies receive the seal. It shows that they are excellently equipped to meet future challenges."
